LIARS...CROOKS......THIEVES! These people towed my vehicle without notifying me and told my son, who unknowingly authorized them to tow because my car was hit while parked in a parking lot. I talked to numerous people at Aaliyah's and they told me the car wasn't in impound. Now that we have the insurance settlement, and I'm trying to get the car, they say we owe storage fees. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! And depending on who you talk to, their employees have awful customer service. Avoid this place at all costs! And I WILL be filing a complaint with the BBB, these people should not be in business.

I have been parking in the same spot for over a year. I woke up in the morning to go to church and my car was gone. Just like the other reviewers thinking my car got stolen I called the cops. The cops said it was towed wondering why since my tags are up to date, my car is paid in full, and I again was in the same spot for a year, I called they said I was illegally parked, I asked my apartment complex if they are okay if people parked where I did they said yes. These people are jerks and sorry for anyone like me who did nothing wrong and still got towed
