Ability Lock and Key is the best! They really care about their customers and give excellent service! I highly recommend them!

Tech said he would be out within 30 mins (gave make/model). I took my phone into work and waited. After 30 mins, went back outside and didn't see him. My phone updated and said I missed his call. I called him back and he said that it was too late he was on his way to Winston and he would have to pass me off to his competitor. After calling the competitor, I checked my voicemail and it said something to the extent of: I am here. I don't know where you parked or what color your car is. I hope you didn't bale on compensating me for my time.

I was already stressed for locking my keys in my car but his voicemail was very rude and inappropriate. I have bad cell signal sometimes where I work.

The way I look at it is: I work with about 200 other employees and more employees close by in other buildings. SO LONG Customer Service and a long standing business.

I am sorry you had a bad day but don't take it out on your customers.

I was in a Panic, I had 2 clients waiting on me and had locked my keys in my car. I couldn't even get to my cell phone. I made a Call to Ability and within 30 minutes the greatest guy in the area showed up, took care of me with a smile and I made it to my appointments on time. Thank You.

if you want to pay very high dollar for a car key then call Ability Lock & Key they wanted ($300.00 for a 2005 ford key.) Plus 75.00 to unlock it. They may have the Ability but I do not have the Ability to Pay there Prices. Call around and see for yourself i did and got for $150.00 from a another Locksmith
