If you have a parking lot that you want empty then these are the guys to hire. Their illiterate tow truck driver will just tow the cars away no matter what the signs say. Also there is no need to worry about them being busy towing people that are stuck or have had an accident, these bottom feeders only specialize in repos and parking lots so they will always be there wether you call them or not. Best part is that they won't bother to communicate with the lot owner when they make a mistake.

They towed my car even when I had a parking pass for my APARTMENT complex. I've lived there for years, never had a problem. They towed in the middle of the night, gave me the run around to get my car back and tried to charge me for their mistake.

Poor customer service. After questioning the over-priced towing fee, employee threatened to hold my car and charge me additional storage fees. He essentially told me that he can charge whatever fees he wants and can hold vehicles to further increase cost. He refused to show me any paperwork or policies on towing and wrote me out a hand-written receipt. Very shady operation.
