We called for lockout service at 1:30 pm and were told it would be an 1 1/2 hrs at most. 3 hrs later I contacted roadside assistance again. They contacted the tow driver again and said that he had been delayed by an accident but was a mile away. When the he arrived, he said he he was held up by an accident. I told him that was understandable but a call would have been appreciated. He was immediately very combative. He said he didn't need my sarcasm, threatening to leave without providing service. I said that it just would have been nice to be updated. He continued to threaten to leave, at one point asking if I wanted him to leave or do his job. My Mom replied, "Just do your job." He snapped at her not to tell him how to do his job, and again threatened to leave. He made me sign his invoice before he did any work. He then opened the door on the opposite side of the vehicle. He showed us it was open and then left without saying another word.
