I'm giving this 2 stars because the Internet service is better than Hughes...by a hair. The actual service provided is far from desired. Frank was more than eager to get me installed and boasted about his $50 per referral credit paid directly by himself. the people who were contracted for the installation (not Frank!) were less than professional and came inside my house. One did all the work while the other camped out of my sofa and started off with a bad attitude towards my kids in Their house. The other talked about his other jobs he could do like cleaning my computer up for $50...no thanks. I eventually got my referral check...months later and after me messaging him numerous times via text. My mom who referred my brother is still waiting (going on 7 months) for hers. We have contacted him over 10 times. I don't recommend this service. At least not through this company. Its just not worth the hassle. Oh, they also charged extra & asked me to make the check out to CASH (SHADY!!)

I worked with Frank to get DirectTV installed at my house. Frank is great to work with. He will do his best to match all national promotions and get the service installed promptly. Installation was a nightmare, however. All Wireless subcontracts with J&M for the free installation. Unfortunately, they aren't very good at installs; 8 hours and a hole in my deck and they still didn't get it right. They also charged me extra to bury my line. The check was cashed but the line was never buried. I have talked to both Frank at All Wireless and Josh at J&M and neither seems to have the business integrity to honor the promise of that service being done.
