Had a lot of contract work with ADI, in past years. This company used to have great sales & smart management. Seems the ship has run it course... now I have since switched printing companies and haven't looked back since...

Is No Stars an option?



I had been using ADI as my main printing company for the last several years(letter heads and business forms), and as of the past year or so and it seems that this whole company is going down the tubes real fast. It all starts from the top, lets take their Vice President. This "little guy" who thinks he knows all and is really more fit to be a middle school guidance counselor, has little to none knowledge of how an actual printing press works. He will throw around printing terms but has no clue what any of them are or how/why these things happen. If your Vice President of Operations has no idea how those actual printing operations work, your company has problems. Let alone all the offset issues and bad rolls or paper that get thrown around that warehouse.
