Astro came out quickly and had the right part needed. It was only a $10 part and I think any other company could tell me the part would've been a lot more because I'm a single mom and I needed heat.

Vince called me right back and said he would be over in 30 minutes but it was only 20. He found out the problem and got the new motor from his truck. My furnace started soon after and we didn't need to freeze.

Came to our home within an hour of calling, turned out just needed a filter change. Easy to work with and didn’t try to sell us anything extra!

Astro heating& cooling came out to fix furnace& said that door was not on properly& this is why furnace shut off. Same evening, furnace cut out again. Spoke with owner who was very rude& would not warranty his work or waive the $100 service fee for a return trip. I would not recommend Astro Hearing& Cooling to anyone! Out $100& problem still not resolved.
