Friendly and helpful staff always willing to help me find the part I am looking for or direct me where I can go if they are unable to locate a car part for me.

I don't really know but some of the guys working at this place act like they can care less about satisfying customers! I called about a engine to get a motor and was told no guarantee on the motor like most salvage yard give! I was made to fell like I was imposing on them, so I kept cool and asked them can we drop the oil pan at lest to see if its not full of rust, said told no because its wrapped with plastic! The funny thing is I was just told before that, that they had to make sure the motor would turn 2 whole revolutions! Hmm wouldn't you have to remove plastic to turn it? Now, no guarantee, insulting my intelligent's, and rude to customer! Well I finally asked if it had brackets on it? He said no one keeps those brackets! I know that was a lie because I have bought a lot of engines from other Salvage yards over the years and they had them on the engines! Anyway there is just to many salvage yards out there to have to deal with a company like this one! I would never recommend them.
