If I could give zero stars I would. Frank was horrible. When I addressed my concern of how he was training my dog he showed no interest in hearing my concerns. He wanted to teach him how to jump which I advised was not something I wanted him to do. He forcibly pulled on Cisco’s leash chocking him and causing him anxiety and to get blood shot eyes. I paid 10 weeks in advance as he stated 6 weeks would not be enough and never refunded my money. My first issue was he would not train him once a week. He trained him 4 times and was not consistent at all. When I saw my poor puppy’s blood shot eyes I texted frank telling him that I did not want him training my dog anymore. He did not respond and has yet to refund me. Please do not use him. I’ve never been so heart broken to see someone treat my dog like this.
