Greg Biddle kept changing the estimate to construct my deck. Once the work was underway, Greg said there needed to be more work done than originally estimated and also a change in elevation to meet code. This work should have been included in the original estimate. Biddle ended up charging me almost twice what the original estimate was. Beware, when he comes in with a good price on the original estimate, because it will only go upwards.I also asked for pictures when the work was completed, since I was not living at the home and never got the pictures of the finished work, but Biddle quickly cashed my check and I never heard from him again.

I have been buying outdoor furniture and pool/spa repair equipment from the Biddle's for over a decade. They have always been helpful and ensure that I get what is needed. Their knowledge has resolved several issues I have had with my pool and spa over the years and they stand behind their work and products. The quality of their outdoor furniture products is top notch not low quality like mega-stores carry.

Do not use Biddle Outdoor Center. They do not pay there contractors. Beware of this company!!!It's a bill under 200.00 said they can't pay that. Come on people
