My last visit to the East Lansing store was disappointing. I went for an oil change. The mechanic was extremely rude. He said my car had additional problem and wanted me to sell his other services. When I said I would consider it next time, he was furious. He said "it's your car, you can do whatever you want. You can even drive without even having any engine oil!". It was so rude. I am also not sure if he put enough oil. I also asked him to check other fluid and top up washer fluid. He did not even check anything else and said were alright but did not have washer fluid. Never going to the place again!
