I did not see my car being towed away from a headon collision as I had beenwhisked away to ER. What I saw two days later when I "visited" my was that it had been placed in their secure locked lot and had been covered completely with a heavy tarp. What I experienced after I started uncontrolled crying was sincere compassion that you seldom find in our business encounters. I was given adequate time to gather my things andjust sit in my car to decompress, all the while receiving my options. I chose to have my car to my home (this is towing part) I watched as they carefully drove backwards on a curving downhill driveway and successfully took car off wrecker and safely secured it, covering it back up. I am forever gratefull for the care and expertise of this company highly recommend to anyone, especially women, because they treated me with professional manners and never spoke "down" to me
