Corky’s completed a termite inspection for us several months ago prior to the sale of my house. At the time, Corky’s noted that a rotted post needed to be replaced, but our buyer fell through and we had to put the house back up for sale. To make a long story short, we found another buyer and at the last moment, his lender said the post needed to be replaced and the home would need clearance from your company. The buyer was able to get the post replaced first thing the next morning, but we still needed the Corky’s technician to re-inspect. All of this needed to be done by the date of sale. Our real estate agent spoke to the tech at Corky’s and he initially said he did not have any openings. We were in a panic! Given that we were likely to lose our home to foreclosure unless we got clearance from Corky’s and got the inspection report to the buyer’s lender by the date of sale, I pleaded my case in front of your tech to see if there was ANYTHING they could do.



I spoke to the tech directly and explained our situation. He said he would speak to a supervisor to see if the technician could re-arrange his schedule from his appointments in LA or see if there was another technician that could do the job. Well, somebody made some magic happen, because Corky’s got clearance for the house all within a three hour time frame. They may never know this, but the technicians and their speedy response, and quick attention to their customer’s needs, might have helped us save our home in enough time from being foreclosed upon. I would like to humbly thank Corky’s and their staff for working so very hard to get this done for our family.

Corky’s took care of my outrageous weed problem and will be treating them on a regular basis. Thank you for getting me out of the weeds 

I called up Corky's for the first time after discovering an army of ants at my house. The tech came out (think his name was Chris?) and did an excellent job; he held a professional demeanor and was very accurate at determining the main issues with the ants. Appreciate the great service!

When Corky's came out I was expecting the run of the mill pest control guy, but what we got was the complete opposite. He was very thorough, polite, and extremely mannerly! Helped with any questions I had and was very clean in appearance. Appreciate the professionalism, for some reason it's hard to come by these days.

javier did a fantastic job with my spiders. I was in the garage looking for my ladder when i went to carry it i was little freaked out when the webbing was all over my fingers. YUCK! On that Monday I saw a Corky's truck at my neighbors house. I asked him about my problem he said he could spray my house once he was done with my neighbor. Thrilled i walked him to the garage. He went and treated. Its been two weeks and i have been pleased not to see one anywhere. Amazing!!! I freaked out but in my defense I have been a one-year-old and as much as I follow her around she gets into things i didn't know existed. thanks corky's my family appreciates you.

Corky's tech did an awesome job. He gave us some good information about maintenance and preventative care. He was very respectful about our space and everything too.
