My husband was out of the country when I heard noises in the kitchen ceiling. It was very creepy and I had visions of critters dropping from the ceiling and coming face to face with me; and of course I would be frozen in place. As soon as someone referenced Critter Control to me, I immediately called and spoke to them. They were out the next morning and nicely accommodated my work schedule. They explained their process in great detail with price estimates and then immediately set to work assessing the "hole" situation. It had snowed perhaps the day before and was frigid cold but they were up on the roof, balconies, etc. I can not say enough good things about their work.



I have become frustrated lately with trying to find various house supports and have been told quotes would be forthcoming, people would come to assess, etc. With Critter Control, everything they promised or said, they did; and they were pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.

There's nothing worse than having squirrels invade your house and terrorize you. Dan and his team at Critter Control are here to help! They took care of my problem(s), repaired my house and were very reasonable about the time frame to be paid. Couldn't ask for more....well, perhaps some sort of squirrel-be-gone apparatus permanently installed on my house....

Talk about squirrels chewing up you home, well, this was the probem. I hired Critter Control of Boston. The first time, my neighbor and I had a shared problem of squirrels infiltrating our homes and eating away at the joices. I could hear them chewing!! Our homes are 5 story brownstones. The squirrels were on the 5th level doing their damage. Critter Control of Boston responded rapidly, assessed the problem and went to work, very professionally, catching the "chew culprits" and removing them from the premises. Critter Control of Boston brought the proper ladder to reach the 5th level of the building. Dan Master sealed up the entrance hole the squirrels were using. I hope this problem with the squirrels does not occur again. However, if it does, I will call Critter Control of Boston to correct the problem.

I used these services to get rid of squirrels that had eaten their way through fascia board. Dan Master was very good to work with. He was helpful in answering my many questions. He was very professional and even did some extras for me that I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this company to my friends. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, but let's hope I won't need to. Thank you for a job well done.
