I've been in several sessions with Linda, and each and every time, I find out more about the whys and hows about my belief system. When we can figure out why we think the way we do, and how we were influenced to think that way, we can decide if that is what works for us now, or if we can and should change to make our belief system work with our current experiences.

I have learned that it is extremely important what you say to your children and grandchildren, because just little comments can make all the difference in the world.

I go every so often to "tweek" myself, and learn how to improve my life. I love going to Linda, and I'm very appreciative that I met her.
