A few of our specialties include: Fuller and Luttrell Custom Installations is a partnership between friends and cousins - Steve Fuller and John Luttrell. We formed Fuller & Luttrell Custom Installations in February 2007 in response to our desire to offer a much needed service to Scappoose and greater Columbia County. At the same time it enabled us to meet our own personal and professional goals. We devote quite a bit of time to our work and seek excellence in each project. However, when we're not working Steve enjoys spending time with his family, riding his Triumph and playing a round of golf. John spends his spare time remodeling his own home, cruising on the river and traveling.
