this is the worst moving company, they broke a desk and a wall of the house and the damage was not fixed, the move took two days longer than promised and charged

$600 more than quoted, when they made the inventory further said that they sent the motorcycles and the day of the moving they said that they not carrying vehicles that I had to find someone to ship the bikes and when I made the claim they response was then got another company. I don't recommend this company at all!!!

This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a moving company before. I would not recommend them to anybody. Very sloppy work, my quote changed multiple times and I feel like the owner John Reger could have cared less about my broken items or how they would be replaced/fixed. I can't believe they have stayed open long at all. To be a owner of a business I would think John could have been more professional and concerned about my items just as much as my husband and I were. He was very rude and was not pleasent to work with at all. And to top all of this off, I had two very special items that are now missing and can never be replaced because of sentimental value. When I told John about the missing items he said "It was not on the inventory list". I was under the impression only the big furniture items had to be on the inventory list. If you care about your belongings I would most definantly not recommend this lousy company!

Just moved within same town, actually just next door. So they sent out 2 guys to move us. In my opinion they didn't waste any time in moving our furniture, so they weren't careful neither. After all was said and done and moved, I found where they had dropped and scraped on cement both of our mattressed. Also took paint off some corners of the new place in moving bedroom furniture to appropriate room. Granted I have heavy furniture, but I do not feel like they did their best. All in all, actual cost total was lower than estimate given. Also found a piece of office furniture was had been scraped against a door too. This was not my first choice of moving companies, but I was recommended by a realtor. Would probably not rehire them for next move...At the end, gave me a price, then called later after getting back to office, saying they forgot to add a charge making the total approximately $25.00 more than originally signed bill.
