My RCA tv went out today and the first thing I did was look for a repair man. Gregs ad was listed as one of the best and now i can certainly see why. He was able to quote me over the phone and was very polite. He also gives a 90 day warranty which was a great and unexpected plus. i recommended Gem Electronics to all my friends and to anyone else who is looking to get their tv repaired.

Fantastic Service. He was on time and very professional. Most people say that they are a Christian owened bussiness but dont really mean it, he means it and that is very good. I highly recommend.

I recently moved from arizona here to the southlake area and during the move my tv just shut off. I was ready to throw away my set until i saw his ad in the yellow book. I was shocked there was still any tv repair shops out there. When I called and explained my problem he immediatly diagnosed my problem over the phone and quoted it. 1 HOUR LATER he shows up and fixed my set and helped me mount my other tv because I couldnt do it alone. Very reliable, professional, and FAST. I highly recommend GEM Electronics to anyone because in poor times like this, it's good to know there are still honest and fair people out there wanting to help.

They just came by my house today and fixed my 50 Samsung LCD in about 20 minutes. Very nice and honest. They came about 30 minutes after i called them, very quick :) I highly recommend this company.

I am a business owner myself, making me judge service companies a bit more critical than normal. Our DLP television started making funny sounds at about 7PM at night. I picked up the phone, called Gem, and they actually answered the phone that late. I made an appointment the next day, and they showed up promptly exactly as indicated they would.



There were several items that were replaced in the set, and it seemed everything was working great, at least when cartoons were on (my kids television station was the last station before turning off). Later that evening I noticed that skin tones were not displaying correctly. I tried changing just about every setting I knew about, and couldn't fix it. Where GEM went above and beyond my expectations, I called GEM Electronics to ask if they had any ideas as to how I might fix it. Not only did they have an idea how to fix, but they came back to my house and fixed it, and didn't charge any additional. It happened to be some settings embedded deep inside the service menus (that I had no idea even existed).



Needless to say, I can't recommend GEM enough. They did a great job and in my opinion went above and beyond.

Greg was able to provide a quote over the phone and repair my Mitsubishi TV (in my home) the same day I called. Greg is very knowledgeable and courteous and his work comes with a 90 day warranty. I would highly recommend Greg to all my family and friends.

I have a Hitachi 51' Ultravision Rear Projection TV. I called today and Greg fixed the tv today. He's very knowledgeable. he quoted me a price and it was the price. His work comes with a 90 day warranty. I recommend him highly.

Greg from Gem Electronics did an excellent job repairing my Samsung DLP. He made himself available on short notice and was on time for our appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my TV and even took the time to explain what he was doing while working on the set. I have nothing but positive things to say about GEM Electronics. Samsung ref'd me directly to them when I called about an issue with my DLP television. Greg, the owner at GEM, called me back within five minutes of my voice mail. He accomodated my schedule on the service call, which ended being on a Saturday (only one day after I originally called Samsung). When he started the repair he showed me exactly what he was doing and how to open the back of the set if I ever needed to do it on my own. He informed what he was doing throughout the repair and cleaned the set inside and out before putting it back in the cabinet. He is quite knowledgeable about the latest panel televisons and provided good information about the technology.



I highly recommend GEM for anyone needing repairs or service on this kind of equipment.

My Samsung DLP is working as good if not better than when I bought it. Greg with GEM did a great job and at a very reasonable price. He was fast and very friendly. He was upfront with his pricing and his explination of what he was going to do and what he did. I will recommend Greg and GEM Electronics to all my friends and will for sure use them in the future. My Samsung LCD HD TV stopped powering on and when I called Samsung they gave me 5 local repair companies to choose from. Of all five, GEM was the only company that was able to come out next day and they fixed my TV on the spot! The tech was friendly, professional and straightforward with pricing. Not only did he fix the power supply issue, he let me know it would be fixed for good by adjusting some of the settings in the TV. If you have any problems with your TV, give these folks a call. They are top notch.

I just want to say I have had alot of trouble lately with my Mitsubishi HD big screen TV and Greg fixed my television right away and was very nice!!! after reading the reviews on this company I called them. I had an appointment the next day and they came right on time!!! After about 15mins Tony changed the bulb in my TV and we were up and running! If you are looking for a Electronics company this is the one to call!!!!

The power supply on our Mitsubishi projection set went bad and after trying a few things on my own I went looking for someone nearby to help us out. After reading the online reviews for GEM Electronics, I gave them a call and had them out the next day. Less fifteen minutes after he arrived - right at the scheduled time - I had an estimate. After another 45 minutes or so, I had a new power supply and my HD set back with clean lenses and a full recalibration of the color.

Prompt, professional, courteous and thorough; I can't think of anything else I'd want out of a repair service. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Greg, with GEM is fantastic. I will call him with all our electronic repair needs and recommend him highly to everyone I know. Our Large Flat Screen HD DLP TV was not working, and after trying all the Manual Troubleshooting--with no success, I found GEM and Greg's number on this site. Greg called us back promptly, and was able to help us get our TV up and running again very quickly, and at a very fair price. Greg could have taken "advantage" of our situation and made it more complicated and expensive, like many companies commonly do---but he treated us like a "Christian Operated Business". Actions speak louder than words!

Greg was friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. He had the necessary parts on hand and was able to repair my big screen TV at a very competitive price. He adjusted everything and the picture is the best it has ever been. I highly recommend him.

I was very pleased with the speed with which my big screen was repaired in my living room. I was also surprised and pleased that he was punctual on his time commitment. I described the symptoms and he arrived with the required parts.

The item had a paired component and he replaced both, since he disassembled a section to gain access, and this will eliminate having to come back to replace the paired part. He also soldered many connections that he saw as possibly weak ones, again to preclude future problems.

He was personable, professional and had a concern that I would have a reliable system for an indefinite time.
