Provided by YP.comScheduled with Holcomb for trees to be cut down and others to be trimmed prior to a real estate showing on my $4,000,000 home in downtow Dallas. Bid was $2,500 and I phoned to confirmed with their receptionist that their crew was on their way to my house at 8:00 AM as previously scheduled. 10:00 AM came and no one had shown up so I called again and left a voice message. 12 noon came and still no word from Holcomb. I called for the third time and the office manager reported they were not coming; "got called off for another job that was more critical." I reported I had taken off work and drove 50 miles to meet their crew. I felt like I at least deserved a phone call advising me that they were not coming; they were indifferent. Myself and my associated real estate companies will no longer use Holcomb in the future.
