I purchased a pool from Islander last year 2022 the filter connection is leaking this year when I opened it the chlorine feeder was also leaking I called the office and they sent a technician within two days Tyler showed up on time after a long drive from Schuylerville to Waterford all I can say is wow totally professional and expert at what he does totally polite and he knows his stuff don't let him get away your company is going to lose a great worker and a great representative of your company if you let him go you honored your promise to me and my family and I'm very happy with the service and the living up to your word when it comes to the purchase of a pool and the warranty thank you
