Will never use JC Towing again!!!! With a lot of sarcasm is say... they really know how to treat military!!!



Although the driver and staff were courteous, THE OWNER Juan Carlos needs to take lessons on how to be a professional who knows what customer service consist of and being RESPONSIBLE.



While the driver was securing my Harley Davidson, the straps broke causing the bike to fall and damaging the exhaust pipes and air filter. With daily calls from either me or the repair shop, the owner has NEVER RETURNED OUR CALLS.



Being frustrated with no communication with the owner, I paid for the repairs myself and forwarded copies of the invoice asking for prompt reimbursement.



With almost two weeks having gone by, the secretary called me to say the owner is NOT PAYING for all the damage and to take him to court.



So the moral of the story is… if you want your personal property to be damaged, want to be ignored by the owner of the business and you get a trip to small claims... use JC TOWING, the most unprofessional establishment I've ever dealt with.

THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND AND THE DRIVER WAS FRIENDLY. I FELT COMFORT WHEN MY VEHICLE WAS TOWED...I WAS NOT WORRIED AT ALL.
