Never used the service, but I was hit by one of Jim Elliott’s tow truck drivers. Not only did the driver yell at ME (for not moving fast enough for his liking), but he then LIED to his insurance and said I “drifted backwards into his car.” General Manager, Phil P. convinced me not to call in a police report because they were going to take care of the damages caused by his driver. These guys are seriously DISHONEST, UNTRUSTWORTHY, DIRTY BUSINESS MEN. I’m driving around with a banged up bumper all thanks to what this company did to my car. For a company that claims to have a “damage free towing” service, they sure don’t practice what they preach! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH YOUR VEHICLE, A BUNCH OF LIARS AND CHEATS.
