This place is a rip off and very unprofessional. The clerk was very rude and extremely unprofessional. They also charge a $50.00 notification fee for no valid reason and try and justify the charge for a certified letter notifying you of the tow. It makes no sense to charge the fee if I contacted them to confirm if they had the vehicle. In essence this is horrible and should not be allowed to conduct business in such a way.
