Ive been going to Dr. Mackey's office for 2 years now. I am extremely displeased with whoever that works at the front desk of this Office. I paid almost $50 for some face wash that I needed and NEVER got it. I call to make an apt. and the woman working at the desk sounded as though I was bothering her by trying to make an apt. Needless to say before I got off the phone I cancelled my apt. And will no longer be going to Dr. Mackey's office. It makes a world of a difference when you have good employees working for you and then you have the bad, well the bad employee caused this doc. to loose me as a patient. I will no longer be sending any of my friends to see Mackey. I personally really like Dr. Mackey, if I didn't I wouldn't have chose him to be my dermatologist but to whoever that works at the front desk, you need to learn what professionalism is because if you don't everyone will just make the hour drive to Birmingham instead of having to deal with you.
