Totally awesome expert who not only saved 4 of my families PC's, but helped educate us in many areas. You get what you pay for, and Mark's Computer Magic is worth every nickel. I read with sadness the review posted by Jim O. who only seeks to steal his customers by slandering his work with a fictional account of his Aunt. Sad. By the way Jim, if "Chris" is so good... why didn't she take her business there in the first place... because he doesn't have the obvious skills Mark at Computer Magic does.... If you have nothing else better to do than slander others, perhaps you should finally leave home and get a job.

This guy has no clue what he is doing. My aunt had to take her laptop to him twice in the same week and he never did fix it. His website claims he is one 25 people in the country trained to do what he does. You gotta be kidding me. I am a long time customer of another, more reputable, pc repair company called PC Mechanics in Neenah. The manager there, Chris, puts this guys service to shame. Also...$175???!!! PC Mechanics will only charge you $99 and uses the same "unkown to many" tools Marks PC Magic does. All it takes is some research...of which the crew at PC Mechanics is far more dedicated to their work than some washed up Marine. Do yourself a favor and avoid this idiot like the plague.
