Mike saved us when our car refused to start sitting in the hot sun in a Home Depot parking lot. Thankfully, I had saved Mike's number in the glove compartment. We called Mike, he answered. We left keys under seat and trusted he'd pick up quickly (my son picked us up) and would deliver our car to our auto service. He did this within a few minutes. He was fast, courteous and trusting. He gets an A+!

Awful Service.
Good luck getting your phone call returned.
When you do get ahold of them they put you on hold forever.
Then they tell you one total and charge you another.
The charges were outrageous.
Had to schedule an appointment to pick up vehicle because no one mans the office.
Only take cash and left vehicle unlocked with key in it.

I have called 3 times. 1 time was to correct an under-charge on payment, 2 times was to get help on getting a receipt for reimbursement from my insurance. Each called was answered rude and customer service was non-existent. How hard is it to follow through with a call back or an email? In this particular business there is more to it than just towing a vehicle. Customer service and following through on simple, non-time consuming requests made by the customer is also part of the business. Hard to recommend this company with terrible customer service like this.
