I have serious concerns about the authenticity of their items. At least one item I bought from them is looking more and more like fake. Customer Service is horrible. They just do not even respond to the e-mails.

If my husband bought me this stuff, he'd be sleeping on the sofa.

Same old QVC junk. I'm looking for a unique piece with some quality.

The product sent was of very poor quality and no instruction manual was sent with the product. This will definitely be my first and LAST purchase from OverStock.com!

I bought an early christmas gift this weekend from Overstock.com for the first time. I was surprised at how easy it was. The prices are great & with gas over 3.40 a gallon I don't want to drive if I don't have to. Thanks for helping me save time & money!

I think overstock has some of the lowest prices that I have seen and their shipping and handling is very cheap as well. I highly reccommend this site to anyone.

I order a lot of books and DVD's and have only had a major issue one time when my shipment wasn't received so I called and the order had been inadvertently deleted. They reinstated the order and I received it in a few days. Shipping not as fast as amazon.com though. I returned some toys once and had no problem at all.

When I'm Looking for quality at a good quality price I go to Overstock they ship within a timely limit and their customer service is great.

Very good real wood furniture for a lot less than anytwhere else in C/U area. You do have to assemble it, and some pieces may take multiple days, but just go slowly and follow the (usually) well written instructions. I put together a shaker shelves kit with glass doors that sells locally for about $1,200, and it was only $399 on Overstock. It took two days to finish, but well worth it in the end.

I ordered from overstock several times and was pleased with the products I bought. The last time I bought something, it was defective. I tried for over a month to resolve the issue. The customer service was horrendous. The online help was the worst, although the telephone reps were not much better. I finally had to report them to the better business bureau to get things taken care of. I definitely do not recommend them due to their terrible customer service.
