None compare to Ozark Computer Works.
This past summer I spilled a beverage on my laptop. I wiped it off and continued using it with no problem. When I shut it off, it never came back on. I was very upset because I keep all my documents, pictures, and music on it. I am always so careful not to get a virus by avoiding unsecured websites, and THIS happens! I couldn't afford a new laptop, so he recommended I purchase a used one. Several discussions later, we agreed on the type and matched one with my needs. I'm not a "gamer" (whatever that is). The service tech took my recently purchased used laptop and stripped it down to nothing, I was so worried because my new purchase was so SLOW. He recovered all my files from the ruined hard drive and copied them onto the new one. He increased the speed, added some anti-virus and spyware programs, and even put my desktop icons back on exactly where they were!
He was so funny,kind and patient with me.
The best part is, he spoke to me in plain english I could understand (layman terms) and treated me with utmost respect.
I definitely recommend their service and will not use another company.

I have had dealings with them a number of times in the past. Not going into a lot of detail, but my last dealing with happened because of a complicated problem with my laptop. They went way out of their way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I will never go anywhere else.

Funny all I see is 5 star reviews all over the net yet my experience was not impressive at all. They replaced my hard drive and re installed windows but could not retrieve my files. I took the old hard drive to another shop to see if they could get my files back and they did get the files back in 1 day. It s hard to believe all those 5 star reviews on all those web sites yet nothing negative posted but my review. I don t trust these 5 star reviews at all

I have used them several times in the past two years. They have fixed my iPad, iPod and also my Dell laptop. Each time, they have been fast, friendly and very affordable. I tell everyone about Ozark Computer Works.

I have used this company a few times and really do like the service offered and the price is right also. Called one day and they took care of me the next. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called Ozark computer works at 5pm on a Friday with a major virus problem. He shows up a little after 6 pm but had to take my computer back to his office to remove the viruses properly. By noon Saturday he was finished and my computer was back to normal. Actually even quicker than it was. They didnt charge me an arm and a leg either. In fact, I didn't even get charged for travel like some others would do. I highly recommend this company. 5 stars all the way.
