I started with Perfect Image nearly three years ago. They are absolutely the best. I found out about them from my neighbor who was using them. His lawn had made a complete transformation in 1 year. I had tried Tru Green previously and was very disappointed (they fertilized my neighbor's yard by mistake and billed me - meanwhile I was overrun by nutsedge). James and his crew are always professional, and respectful to me and my property. I moved and lease the house out, but I still contract and trust Total Image to take care of my property even though I am absent. I wish I could find landscapers as good as them where I live now. They are a true find. They offer great value and the unsurpassed results.

They have been very reliable and exceptionally wonderful to work with. Other businesses should learn customer service from this company.

My lawn has seen better days, I decided to go with a fertilize program from Perfect Image and all i can say is WOOOW!!! Under all that mess I actually had a green lawn. I had a few questions that were politely answered and overall i had great service. I highly recommend this company for all your lawn care needs and compared to Trugreen or Scotts for my fertilization program im highly impressed with the cost and product Thanks again guys!!!!!

I asked many questions about the services that they offered and we set up a custom program for my lawn. No pressure sale tactics, only reccommendations. Great customer service and easy company to work with!
