I received a bid from Arnold, advised him I would like him to trim my 2 oak trees. 30 days later, nothing. He would respond to text/email, I'll get with you next week. Still nothing. He talked a good sales pitch but couldn't follow through!
I've gone with another service.

I have received quoted this week on getting a pine tree removed and Arnold have me my 3rd quote. My dad has used him on their trees several times before and highly recommended him. Arnold and his son showed up to my house this afternoon at 2:30pm. Gave me a price which was cheaper than a quote I was given so I accepted his offer. He told me he would be able to start cutting today. This surprised me since it was obvious that it was about to poor down rain. He began trimming my oak tree which and then moved onto cutting down my pine (yes, even in the pouring rain) they finished getting most of the tree down by 6 pm. The rain came hater and it was getting darker so they will be back tomorrow morning for the final cut and clearing out my yard. I'm very happy I went with Ranger tree service and will be using him for any other tree services I need in the future and also referring him to friends and family!

It took 10 days to cut down my oak tree! I paid him to cut the tree, grind the stump and remove the tree. He subcontracted the stump removal because his grinder was "broken" (as was his equipment-during the whole process). The stump was only partially ground, and all the mulch was mounded up into a two foot high pile where the tree had been. It covers almost half my yard. When I had the mulch removed, much to my dismay, I discovered the unground stump. I called the tree service MANY times, but Arnold has not returned my call.
