Provided by YP.comI called this outfit to try and diagnose a leak that we could not find. The woman I spoke with said, "If you don;t know where the leak is, we can't fix it." Me, "you are a plumbing company right? Isn't that what you do is find leaks?" Her, "again, if you don't know where the leak is, we can't do anything about it." I suggest you run away from these people fast. They are a train wreck and after calling several people who actually know what customer service is, they put this company (and I use that term loosely) to shame.

Great service, they came and corrected a gas problem reported by the gas company. Overall very satisfied with their service and prices.
