I recently had a succession of issues with tire blowouts due to defective roads and highways throughout Los Angeles.
Therefore, I met with a few AAA drivers.
One person impressed me/us so much that we were all happy to see him when he arrived recently to service another of our vehicles for tire issues due to potholes.
This guy is pleasant and courteous and very vigilant about ensuring things are done with care.

The worst experience I had with a towing company. They made the stressful day of my accident a nightmare. They gave me a hard time and took advantage of my bad situation. They towed my car to their lot and did not release it, asked me to go all the way down to pay them ONLY CASH in order to can have my car been towed to the body shop. Please please please do not trust them. The manager is very rude and yelled at me. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFFESIONAL.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE CAR BATTERIES. Abbreviated version of my experience w/Rowlett Towing. Purchased battery from Rowlett Towing. Weeks later battery dies. Contacted AAA and they sent out Rowlett. I requested driver to check the battery to make sure it was not faulty. Driver refuses...claims battery is fine because it is brand new. However, he never checked the battery. Weeks later battery dies again. Second Rowlett Driver arrives and refuses to check the battery. Weeks later battery dies again and I contact AAA and stated the drivers are refusing to check the battery. AAA states drivers are not supposed to refuse to check. Again AAA sends out Rowlett...again a negative experience with Rowlett. This is my second battery from Rowlett. First one I had problems with and they checked and determined it was faulty and replaced it. Now they refuse to check the second battery...I've had my car expected by my dealership and no problems were found. Only leaves one suspect...Rowlett's AAA battery. I've recently contacted AAA about my experience and am currently waiting to hear the outcome of their investigation. Based on my experience with Rowlett Towing, I no longer trust them or their batteries. Nor will I ever purchase a battery or any service from them again.
