Provided by YP.comBe aware...Shawn Noecker charged me over $4,000.00 for a new security DVR and cameras. 1 of the cameras never worked, he never trained my staff on the system and the remote access was never activated. He refused to resolve the issues and then on top of that placed a construction lien on my commercial property.
