DO NOT GO EVER! Here is my story: I went there for changing the front brake pads and smog check which should only take an hour or so. The tech that was supposed to do the smog forgot his license and had to drive to Hayward (only 15 minutes either way). He took an hour and a half and all the meanwhile my brakes were not even done when he got back. They charged me full price for the brake repair to only replace the pads. I was there almost three hours and they actually started to put people in front of me in the que until I had to start screaming at them. Then they informed me that I required a CHECK ONLY station, which they are not. They made me wait an hour and a half for nothing. I would never go back there again and I would advise anyone that wants to get their smog check that they go to Smog World about a mile down Castro Valley Blvd. For an oil change I would go to the small shop next to Union 76.
