Provided by YP.comI showed up there to interview for a job today, on Monday, after calling about an opening on Friday. I drive all the way out there, and whoever it was, hopefully not the owner, says to me: "You here for the job? It's been filled." That's it, all he said. After saying thank you I went back to my car in confusion. He knew I was on my way, knew I expressed interest in working for the company, but couldn't have given me a call at any point this weekend to let me know the position had been filled? He was especially rude in the way he addressed me, too. This is no way to treat someone who is merely trying to work for your company. I don't know how well they conduct business, but if this is any indicator I would definitely look elsewhere to have your floors cleaned.

The cleaner did tell me that he may not be able to remove all of the stains but, when the carpets dried they looked like none of the carpets had been cleaned. When the cleaner returned to my home he was argumentative, stated he had not noticed all of the stains, said he would try to remove them a second time with no guarantee. I wanted a full refund so that I could get a cleaner in that would guarantee a clean carpet. He argued with me and offered a half refund which I would not accept. He finally agreed to give me a full refund. Days later I received a check for a half refund!
I left many messages concerning the half refund. When i did make contact there was more argument. He stated that I did not give him the chance to do it over. I stated that I did not want him to do it over with no guarantee. I did have Stanley Steamer come and they were professional and ALL of the stains were removed. The men that came were friendly and stated that they often had to redo other carpet cleaners unsatisfactory work and offered a ten day guarantee on their work
