I am pleased to provide an excellent rating for Mr. James Black/the Gutter Guy. He responded to my plea for help with a leaking kitchen ceiling (which I also fell through while trying to cover the leaking area with a tarpaulin) PROMPTLY, arrived at my home the next day when he said he would be there, diagnosed the problem and performed a repair at low cost and provided me with additional advice. He also removed some debris from my gutters at no cost; a kind, neighborly and RARE gesture for which I am very grateful. He is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and a very pleasant gentleman. He will be coming back to clean my gutters thoroughly once the leaves fall. He came to my rescue and I recommend him without reservation! Thank you, Mr. Black.
