I've spent quite a bit of money there the last few weeks. Last trip I get treated like a child because I wanted to look at products before I buy. Also followed around by several employees watching me like I'm a thief. I liked going there cause there selection is the best in the state but nothing that couldn't be bought online. They don't seem to have pricing figured out. A certain brand level going for 20 bucks at Home Depot goes for over 50 here. Some prices on items are lower but only by a few bucks, its hit or miss, but the overpriced stuff is grossly overpriced. Bad customer service and horrible prices, I won't be going there again for mine or the company purchases I make.

I have spent thousands of dollars on tools at this store. This week alone I spent $1000.00 on concrete core bits. 1 of those bits failed on the 1st drilling. I have core drilled more than 16 holes with the other core bits. The owner of the store was very rude and unwilling to warranty the bit. I will never purchase here again. I can get better customer service ordering tools online while saving 10%.
