SCAM!!!! this place not only illegally tows cars, but becomes rude and threatening when you present the facts to them. they have changed name once and will again to continue to rip off residents and scared college students. They prey in parking lots, tow cars illegally, don't notify owner for up to 2 weeks to increase charges and when presented with the truth of what they have done, they get in your face with intimidation tactics. My son's car was towed illegally, as parents we have to put a stop to this type of extortion and intimidation of our students that become victims of scam businesses!

"Car theives plain and simple, went to visit friends in gainesville and parked in the visitor parking and was still towed. Think youre going to call the gainesville police department and get anything done? Dont bother, all you will get from the Reno 911 rejects is "car theft is gainesville is a civil matter". The fat,hairy and smelly driver tends to target high end cars thinking that they wont waste time with the 76 fee. 3 were towed out of the same visitors lot as mine. Extremely rude and very unprofessional and will also try to rip you off by wanting to charge you 45 dollars to view the photos they are legally required to take. I wish they had zero stars because thats what they deserve
