Son todos unos ineptos que no saben hacer su trabajo, son unos informales que no saben dar buena informacion. Ademass son falsos y mentirosos. Se supone que si es un negocio y una compaia tienen que tener acceso a diferentes modos de pagos. La semana pasada mi carro fue remorcado. Yo llame y una seora me dijo que fuera antes de las 6 de la tarde a buscarlo. Cuando llegue a las 4:40 encuentro que el local estaba completamente cerrado. Cuando vuelvo a llamar me dicen que cerraron porque era feriado ( labor day) si era feriado no entiendo porque andaban remorcando carros ademas de ser en un visitor que el cartel dice claramente que es 24 horas. Segundo la mujer que me atendio me dio mala informacion porque como va a decirme que vaya antes de la 6 si supuestamente 4:30 cerraron segun el seor que me atendio la segunda ves. Cuando finalemnte alguien llega a las 6 de la tarde a darme mi carro fue muy especifico en decirme que solo aceptaria dinero cash y que serian 124 pesos. No entiendo porque seria solo cash pero cuando le pago me dice que tampoco tenia dinero para reguresarme de vuelto. Considero una falta de respeto que si es una compaia no tengan dinero para devolver y ademas que yo no pueda pagar cln mi tarjeta. Quien o para donde fue ese dinero?? Fue realmente para la compaia?? O se quedo el seor que me atendio con el. Ademas nunca me dieron ningun paper o algun recivo algun documento que dijera que yo pague o que estuve ahi para recojer mi carro. Y casualmente un seor de mi mismo condominio que tambien le remorcaron su carro me cuenta que el le sucedio igual y que el si pago con su tarjeta y le dieron un documento como que pago. So mis conclusiones son claras ellos simplemente me robaron porque son unos ineptos, ladrones y ademas informales.

I called these people at around 8:15. After about an hour and half, which was the eta, I called VMC's office. The lady with whom I spoke wasn't rude but didn't sound like she really cared about my situation either. She kept telling me that the driver was just a few blocks away every 15 minutes. Eventually, at around 10:50 ish, the guy finally arrived without an apology or excuse as to why he had taken almost 3 hours to find me. I was on a main street right in front of Sun Life stadium HOURS after the game had ended. Absolutely zero traffic. I didn't tell him anything because I was afraid that he wouldn't tow my car. My opinion is that he didn't want to do it because of how far he had to drive it. I wouldn't use these people again.

these guys take forever to get to your location, don't call them! And if you don't make dinner plans.

I used their service to unlock my brand new 2010 Jetta when we mistakenly left our key inside our car. Their technician, who clearly was not experienced, attempted to use a screwdriver to open my car. He completely scratched up the inside and outside of my door. When I went to VMCs office, they made me wait over an hour and a half. I spoke with Victor Carmenaty, the manager/owner, he initially denied all responsibility for the damages. Once his technician confirmed that he had in fact used a screwdriver to open our vehicle, Victor then stated that in no way would he pay for the repairs or for a rental in the meantime. This company has dishonest business practices and is not to be trusted in any way. Whatever you do, do not allow them to touch your vehicle as they will most definitely damage it. I have filed a formal complaint with my insurance company and I'm currently in the process of receiving funds to repair my car.
