I had this company come out and install a new AC unit, furnace and coil system. The entire system cost me $14,290. Unfortunately my old system was 17 years old and temperatures were so high, I needed to get a new system asap. I thought by spending that much money I would have an amazing system, however trouble started the first day. Three installers took 12 hours to install the system. No big deal except they didn't know what they were doing and by the time they left at 930pm, they told me they couldn't figure it out so a technician would come over a short time later. A technician eventually came out and told me "circuit boards" were fried. The next day they came by and installed new circuit boards and the system was up and running but they didn't set up my duel zone like I requested they do. On a third trip to the house they fixed the duel zone and this new technician discovered the wires were installed wrong and that a piece of equipment I had also purchased (air scrubber) was still in the box sitting by the furnace. If he didn't tell me that I would have never known. After all is said and done, my 17 year old system worked better than this new energy efficient, top of the line model. Lastly, I was frustrated that I had to modify my life and hang around my house on three separate occasion with the "we will be there from x hours to x hours" I requested a manager call me. As of this writing a manager has not called me. Poor customer service and I have no confidence in the workmanship of this new unit after spending so much money. I learned my lesson and will get multiple quotes first. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
