West Navarre Intermediate School has an enrollment of more than 900 students and a staff of over 50 teachers, nearly 15 non instructional staff members, a guidance counselor, a school nurse and two administrators. It is operated by the Santa Rosa County School District and provides educational classes to students in grades three through five. The school s curriculum includes English, math, science, social studies, language arts, music, computer, health and physical education. It offers various extracurricular activities, such as accelerated reader program, individualized reading, math program, academically gifted classes, vegetable and flower gardening and ornamental grass testing program. West Navarre Intermediate School was established in 1990 and is located in Navarre, Fla.
