New appointment system is great.
Of course the staff is always professional and courteous.

It took the technician at least 5 minutes to get me checked in. I'm not saying its their fault but if the system takes that long to check someone in then it needs a revamp.

Phlebotomist had excellent phlebotomy skills. Reception staff were friendly and customer oriented.

I had a very good experiences at the Lab. Proud and grateful for all the services you have been given to me. Hi 5 to all the staffs, men and women in uniforms. Thank you and keep up the good works

Got in earlier than scheduled and out in less than 5 minutes. What more could I ask for?

Love this feature to be able to make an appointment and get in and out during my appointment time. I think they should go completely appointment beside same day doctor orders. Would cut down wait time for patients.

Professional and friendly staff

Always had a great experience. Kind, friendly and caring members. Even though I had a problem with my doctor putting my labs in the system, they were able to accommodate me after I spoke with Family Practice, who were great themselves. Thank you for all that do and continue to do, even for us retirees. Kindness and understanding goes a long way, so again thank you!
