My appointment was perfect! Had an appointment the tech came out took my right in! She was very proficient and I was in and out in just 5 minutes!

Excellent experience with appt system

I don’t have to pull a ticket since i have an early appointment. I was called right away and i was out there in less than 10 minutes. The technician is knowledgeable and didn’t hurt me at all. Great job, great facility.

All was good until I checked in and was given a number that was never called up. I checked in 15 minutes before the appointment time and waited until 10 minutes passed my appointment time when many numbers later in the queue had been called. At the time I decided to inquire with the staff before someone took care me. Both of my wife and I were carefully looking at the digital board when we noticed it skipped my number. I know it was not done purposely but please make sure someone check why this might’ve happened and train your staff to avoid this particular issue for others. Thanks for allowing us to comment and we appreciate the new online appointment option.

Making my appointment online was quick and easy. Appreciate all the text reminders too. Everyone at the LAB was thoughtful and kind. Plus, my appointment was on time. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.

The clinic was very prompt and professional. In addition I am not an easy blood draw (small rolling veins) and the phlebotomist did a great job with me. I was relieved when it only took two sticks and 1 lollipop!

The (new to me) appointment system was very nice, easily to use and reduced waiting.

Was quick, and very fast. Woman opening up and drawing blood was great and friendly! I typically have issues taking multiple sticks to get my veins and she did it one shot!
