Right on time and friendly.

It's a bit confussing. I waited about 2 hours because the wait was so long that I went to my appointment and came back to continue waiting in the lobby. All were restless. Not enough techs working I guess. Don't ever want to go there again unless I have an appointment. I understand you are trying to encourage the use of the online process. It's gonna take a while for us to conform because retirees want to conduct business on base. There should be a gradual decrease in employees working as the customer base starts to decrease. The inconvenience will not scare most because no matter how frustrating the wait is, we old timers are comfortable with the base services. Let's get more workers there and increase the customer service numbers!

Staff was very friendly. I think they maybe a little undermanned. I had appointments for labs and still waited 1 hour and 10 minutes. When I was brought back they had three resident lab techs and 2 students in training.

Professional and timely laboratory blood draw services. The only reason I did not give it a five-star rating is that Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center Laboratory, Seattle, Washington provides laboratory results of this nature within 2-4 hours. The Laboratory Scheduler indicated that the lab blood draw results would not be faxed to Fred Hutchinson Cancer Care Oncologist until Friday, November 25, approximately 48 hours after my blood draw at 10:30 am on Wednesday, November 23, 2022.

Other than the above, the Laboratory Service was excellent - the laboratory facility was clean, and the laboratory technicians were professional and highly competent.

I waited in line for 6 to 8 minutes for my scheduled appointment. In processing took about 3 to 4 minutes and I was giving blood at my scheduled appointment time. Great customer service.

Made an appointment waited about 30 mins after that everything was quick and easy staff was friendly and professional. Definitely make an appointment people who walked in waited over an hour

The patience and attentiveness of the staff was greatly appreciated! Daughter always gets super squeamish but they helped her through it well with ice packs and lots of patience. Thank you!
