My experience with your laboratory was excellent. My visit was on time and the phlebotomist who attended me was friendly and did a wonderful blood draw. It was painless and did not leave a bruise. Thank you very much for a 5 star experience.

The appointment system is much better than show up and get in line. However, I was a bit disappointed, as I had a 7:15 appointment and didn't leave until 8:54. But it was still much better than the old way
