Very efficient, polite staff and appointment was on time.

I made my appointment, but when I checked in, I was told that there were no lab orders for the doctor I'm to see next week. The person behind the desk was very polite.

Lab results are generally time critical to the diagnosis process. Your patient community is very large. Like other clinics, your patients will learn about the very good appointment process and you will soon run out of appointments to facilitate the time critical process.

First time at the Nellis Hospital lab. Beautiful hospital! I had made an appointment days before arriving so I checked in and waited about 10 min to be called back. I sat in a chair and all the phlebotomists took care of all 4 patients. It was a smooth painless procedure. The only thing that was neglected was giving me a towelette to use during my urine sample or restocking them in the restroom. Otherwise, I was in and out of the lab within 15 min. I will book an appointment next time too because the lobby was very full of walk ins.

My blood draw went fine. However, as a medical group staff member, it was not my most positive and customer-friendly experience. Basically, I was not greeted when I went in the back to have a seat to have my blood drawn. I was just told to sit in an empty chair. While sitting in the chair, and waiting for the technician to draw my blood, she was making small talk with two different people that were drawing blood themselves. Then she came over to me and did not greet me. I believe she just asked me about my birthday to identify me as the correct patient. And without instruction, she cleaned my arm and drew my blood. After my blood draw was complete, she merely asked, “is this your name”?, and showed me the vial of blood . I said yes. She said OK. That was it. So the blood draw went fine. But it was not the most professional experience I’ve ever received at the 99th and certainly not how I engage patients as a MDG provider. It would’ve been good to be greeted and told to have a seat. Then to be given instruction on what to expect. But that didn’t happen. Just leaving some constructive feedback in case anyone wanted to insert some training during the next training day.

They missed my vein on the first try, they were training a person being very thorough using best practices to eliminate paperwork errors

Making appts online was a wonderful idea! Will continue to use the app. Service was also great.

A Friday early appointment. The lab was fast. I was in and out from check in to finish with bloodwork in under 7 minutes.

Find some way to control the check-in process my check-in was for 09:00-09:10, but persons in front of me had appointments of 09:20, 09:30, and one just said, mine is later then those.

Appointment was easy to make! Lab technicians were very professional and friendly! I was in and out before my actual appointment time!

I had an unfortunate experience because I almost passed out AND I had a panic attack getting my blood draw, BUT the staff was amazing! They helped me every step of the way and I’m very appreciative of them! They made me feel like everything was gonna be okay and I was able to calm down. So thank you for everything you do!
