Prompted service, very professional - glad to have made an appointment though otherwise I would’ve been there a long time

Everyone was very nice and friendly .

My number was never called. As I was taking my seat, they started calling numbers after me. After waiting twenty minutes past my appointment, I just walked in. BUT the woman who drew my blood, Baker, was fast and did only one poke. I have to get blood work done regularly and she is the only one who doesn’t have to try more than once, so I only allow her to do it if I see her.

It was the first time for my daughter to give blood, she was scarf and shaking. But the nurse calm her down. She was professional and caring. Thank You!

The people of your Lab are fantastic. Fast, efficient and polite. It is always a pleasure to utilize your Lab.

The staff were so awesome. Our appointment is at 730 a.m. and we were done by 720 a.m. Thanks to the lobotomist (Ms. Snyder orSnider) who did a great job finding my vein on my left arm the first time (a lot of them can’t find it and I get mutiple tries)
