Lab personnel were great, the scheduling is a little confused, I had a 0910 apt but didn't get in till 1000

Too much personal talk going on amongst the techs and ignoring their patients across the board. I have not seen it like this before. Every tech seemed very young. What happened to the usual techs? Just my observation on today's visit..

Appt was for 9:10 am. Got blood drawn after 9:30….better than no appt…but still
Not perfect…other days I had appts, blood drawn before appt. So great job!

I was seeing timely. All my questions and concerns were answered in a respectful and professional manner.

I am a difficult draw but with patience your staff was able to succeed in getting my blood drawn. Your staff listened to me when I was apprehensive. I would suggest your lab purchase the device that is able to locate veins (whatever the device is called). The blood draws would be quicker. Your staff stated that wasn't a possibility.

The lab got me in quickly for my appointment, and the staff was fantastic!

Everything was great! I had no wait and they got it with the first poke. That’s rare with my veins. 5 stars!!

Thought I'd remember his name! But the SSgt at the lab front desk on 23 Sep at 1300 was very friendly, professional, and had a great attitude. Glad to have him on the Nellis team!
