The lady who did my draw was awesome. I didn’t even feel the needle go in.

There was only one person doing the draws at the time I went. She did great but just one person seems odd.

Very friendly folks! The technician very proficient and extremely polite. Nice remodel, place looks great!

I was in and out in a reasonable time. The lab tech was great. Usually there's a problem finding my veins but she found it easily. Thank you for the good service.

Very pleased with the laboratory service provided. I was taken cared of right away on my appointment time. Check-in was smooth; the entire process very efficient so I was out of there in no time. Scheduling an appointment online was super easy, and there was a separate window for those with appointments so there was no waiting in long lines.

There was a line at the appointment check-in because the tech was very patiently and professionally dealing with a patient who didn’t seem to understand the booking procedure. It took time to work through that, and he stoically dealt with the situation. Once that was cleared up, the line moved very quickly and the wait was very short. There was an old lady shouting at the clouds about it in line, but I didn’t think it was so bad. Still way better than walk-in wait even with today’s abnormal situation, so thank you for providing the appt service!

I was 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was called back on time. The senior airman was skilled and professional. I found the operation to be efficient and did not waste any time. I plan on making appointments in the future versus just walking in
