Made an appointment for fasting blood draw for 7:10 am. The Lab opened exactly at 7:00 am. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and very professional. The tech who drew my blood was very good; quick and efficient. I have the option of doing lab work on OR off base. I choose to use Nellis Lab because they are just that good!

Glad Lab is back inside. Appointment process is significant improvement over pulling a number and waiting up to 2 hrs. Crew was pleasant and professional.

The lady drawing my blood could tell I was nervous so she started talking to me and distracted me. I was very grateful for that.

Overall experience was excellent. Very organized. However, there should be more phlebotomists taking samples at opening time. The lab got very full within a few moments of opening. Phlebotomists have too many tasks to perform to effectively service everyone within a reasonable time.

I always love Nellies hospital. The only problem I have is the on line appt. and using cell phone. My husband and I do not like cell phone. We even do not know how to tex. Is there anyway just make a phone call-landline?

The best change you have made by creating the appointment system. In addition the one who drew the sample was outstanding-one pork and one draw... All process took less than 10 minutes. That is 100% improvement from the old system. Outstanding service and keep up the good work. Thank you.

Even though I had an appt, it took awhile to get checked in, Labs had to be re-entered???? Even with that (0900 appt), I was done by 0925; great. Also the young man that took my Labs was in training and did a great job

I waited less than 5 minutes between check-in and being seen in the lab. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was very pleased with my experience.

Really really like the appt system. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Only problem was with getting the appt. There was no posters or anything about where to go online to make the appt. Actually asked another person who was kind enough to point me in the right direction. Once there it was a piece of cake as they say. Thank you so much.
